1:2:1 Coaching

This is a safe space where you can ask questions and reflect on your past, present, and future. To establish a new way of thinking and to control the EGO mind.  The ego triggers negative thoughts which instantly provoke emotions we have previously experienced in certain situations. These tend to be negative flight or flight responses we have stored over the years. These can date back to childhood. This is why it is important to reflect and heal past traumas and experiences so we don't relive them in our adult life.

Journaling 

Journaling helps you heal current and past hurts, process your emotions, helps you set and work toward your goals, tracks progress, and strengths health practices and routines when logged.

Mindfulness - Getting out in Nature

It is important to be able to sit in your present and still your mind from time to time. Getting out in nature is a great way of being with oneself and being present, not thinking about the past or future. Walking or sitting in nature helps your mind focus and be still. This is when you can rebuild positive thoughts which will become positive patterns to transform your life and become your idea true self.

Meditation

What is Meditation?

 It's a practice in which an individual focuses the mind on a particular object, thought, sound, or activity.  To train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotional calmness. Meditation is practiced which can be guided or non-guided.

Think of it like exercising a muscle that you’ve never really worked out before. It takes consistent practice to get comfortable and reach stillness to connect with one's true self and purpose.
